ELIGIBILITY:

The Bum Boosa Dancing Baby Contest (“Contest”) is open to legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry and who have personally videotaped their child age  one (1)  year to - three (3) years old as of the date of entry, as described in more detail under “How to Participate in this Contest” section below. By entering you agree to these Official Rules and to all decisions of the judges, which are final and binding.

CONTEST PERIOD:

The Contest begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on January 11, 2013, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 30, 2013. (“Contest Period”). The servers hosting the Contest Website function as the official time clock for the Contest.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST:

The Entrant must create a cute or funny video of their baby dancingn that lasts no longer than 3 minutes. If entrant chooses to appear in the video with someone else behind the camera, then entrant must obtain a written release from the person filming the video granting all rights and interests in the video to entrant and granting permission for entrant to submit the video as an entry in the Contest. Sponsor may demand copies of these releases in its sole discretion. Videos may not be longer than 2 minutes. By submitting the video as an entry in the Contest, you specifically release Bumboosa, LLC its affiliated companies, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives from any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, or actions arising out of or related to your submission of the video depicting your child and/or any other aspect of this Contest, including but not limited to the posting of the video on social media websites, advertising use of the video, or other actions.

(a) Videos depicting or containing profanity, nudity, violence, or other content deemed inconsistent with the Bum Boosa brand, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be disqualified.

(b) Once you have completed your video, upload it to YouTube. Then go to the Bum Boosa Bamboo Products website to post it, along with your  address, e-mail address, age of baby at the time of entry, and link to your video on YouTube.

 (c) Sponsor plans to post the video entries to its Pinterest Board, Facebook, Twitter account and on their website. By participating and submitting a video entry, entrants specifically agree to such posting and for others to “pin” the entry to other boards and to share on other social media sites. By submitting a video entry, each entrant warrants that the entrant personally filmed the video submitted, or, if entrant appears in the video filmed by another person, entrant warrants that entrant has obtained written confirmation from that person that he or she has consented to entrant’s submission of the video in this Contest and has released and assigned all his or her rights in the video to entrant. By submitting an entry, each entrant further warrants that the voice on the video is entrant’s voice, and that the individual appearing in the video, if any, is entrant, and that the submission, posting and sharing of the video entry will not violate the rights of any third party. Sponsor may choose not to post certain video entries on the Pinterest board, Facebook, and Twittter, or elsewhere in its sole discretion for any reason.

PRIZES:

Three (3) Winners will receive a $200 Bum Boosa Bamboo Products gift card and a lifetime coupon for 25% off from purchases on the website www.bumboosa.com No cash in lieu of prize allowed.

 SELECTION OF WINNER:

A panel of (3) judges from Bum Boosa Bamboo Products will judge all eligible video entries and will select (3) winners based on originality and humor. The potential winner will be notified via e-mail and/or telephone on or about May 1, 2013 and will have 5 business days to respond to Bum Boosa Bamboo Products regarding the prize. Failure to respond in the time noted will result in disqualification of the entry and may result in the selection of an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible video entries according to the judging criteria above.

 CONDITIONS:

The Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Bumboosa, LLC.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, entrant will be deemed to be the individual whose name is submitted with the entry. Contest is subject to the terms of use of the Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube websites.
